T.R.I.P. Process Dates
You must have an online account established prior to participating in the T.R.I.P. program. See T.R.I.P. enrollment.
Regular T.R.I.P. - Currently we accept checks, money orders, or Presto Pay for Regular T.R.I.P. orders, NO cash. We have a drop box by the office windows. If using our drop box, items are required to be dropped by 7:30 a.m. on Regular T.R.I.P. processing days. If after 7:30 a.m., please bring inside to the T.R.I.P. room. All Regular T.R.I.P. orders must be in no later than 8:00 a.m. on processing days. Regular T.R.I.P. for 2014-2015 - We begin our Regular T.R.I.P. processing schedule again on Monday, August 25, 2014.
Regular T.R.I.P. is processed most Mondays during the school year and is usually ready for pick-up by Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. You can also give permission for a student to take your processed order home if they are in grades Y5-8. To sign up for this, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. For the 2014-15 school year, the schedule for Regular T.R.I.P. processing is all Mondays EXCEPT: September 1, December 22 and 29, January 19, February 16, May 25. IF WE HAVE A cancellation of school due to weather or events beyond our control, T.R.I.P. may not get processed that week, so please do not plan on it. The processing in such events will depend on whether or not the volunteers are available the following day.
Our Regular/Instant summer T.R.I.P. processing schedule and items available for Instant T.R.I.P. are completely different from the T.R.I.P. processed during the school year.
